Perfect answer. Worldly happiness is derived by the mind by stroking the ego and sufferings by blaming the world. Both are two ends of the oscillating swing and the mind stays in them only for a temporary period. The stable mind that achieves equanimity explores the inherent Anandamaya Kosha and finds ways to remain in that state. For that it had to purify itself from the vagaries, eliminate unwanted desires, remain detached by living in the world but not of the world. It is that state in us that instigates us to aspire for happiness so that eventually we will find that is inherent nature of each one of us. Dropping the past impressions and the present inhibitions is needed for the mind to see that pure and unsullied consciousness. Overcoming the mind’s vagaries is the effort needed in our life time. Life flows like a stream between the banks of worldly pleasure and pain. If it stay it’s course unaffected by these banks, it eventually merged with the Ocean of Love.

I enjoyed reading this FB comprising in-depth analysis of the spectrum at one end begins with sadness and the other end Rejoice. Oscillation within the spectrum is the human mind.

If someone is happy because of me then I will be truly happy. Other than that seeing butterfly,birds, rabbits in my backyard make me very very happy.

Thanks. It reminds me of tamed or domesticated animals have a way of expressing their happy emotions. It looks love = happiness is empirical or universal.
