The gym it is! I love working out at the gym- it's such a stress-buster!! Cardios for 45 mins is a daily habit, whereas weight training and ab workout for an hour happens every other day. We have free aerobics and yoga lessons in the aptmt complex, but havent frequented there much! I like to have my own regime than following a class schedule framed by others!! -S
