Hello, This week we thought we will poll about exercising habits. Though all of us would love to exercise regularly and keep ourselves fit with good structure and curves, sometimes we either postpone exercising or we completely avoid exercising. We do have an excuse for doing so, right? So, let's take this week's poll to vote about what is our biggest excuse for not exercising. Be true and be fair to yourself...
For me time is the biggest factor / excuse for not exercising. Having to run around for the kids and running the home I just have time for a 20 minute walk daily, but very much want to do atleast another 20 mts of abs exercise which I could not put my mind to.
Exercise really needs a lot of time and energy and you have to get up early a lot before your college or office time..we Indians are very lazy and so we never get time to exercise unless until we get ill and want to recover soon or change our eating habits..
