Alloo zarda 1potato-2 2-sugar-2tbsp 3-cardamon poder-1/8tsp Dry fruits ur choice-1tbsp Desi ghee-1tsp Vark optional Method Wash potato and grate potatoes in water. Add little yellow color to water and microwave it for three minutes.drain water keep aside. Heat pan and caramelised sugar with 2drops of water. Add potatoes cardamon powder and ghee. Dry all the water Add dry fruits Garnish with almond.
