waxing and threading in white plains.

any one know somebody who does waxing or threading in White Plains, the salons are very expensive, hoping to find someone who does this from home, safe and cheaper than salons. also looking for someone to colour hair ( just colour no need to blowdry if not possible to)

Check out the parlour next to Bhavik grocery in Elmsford. That is the cheapest I could find (but I do not go there, so can not say much about it.)

The threading at that parlor was the worst. I live 10 min away from there but still don't go there even in dire situations.

I went to reemas salon on marmoneck rd,near Livingston ave white plains....the Indian lady was good...I will be going back to her. It was 8$. She does waxing too...there is also a hairdresser in the salon.
