:hello: War of Batata Vada & Pizza, Burger :hello:

    The humble Batata vada
is more than just a Street food, it's a wholesome meal , practically complete in all its nutrients...

    1) It has potatoes....
Rich in carbs , VitC, fibre, gramflour full of protein , iron, potassium and complex carbohydrates healthy Indian spices.

    2) It is very low in sodium ,
    sugar and transfats.

    3) High in magnesium
    necessary for nerve function.

    4) Contains no
artificial colours , flavours or additives.

5)The notion that BATA VADA should be avoided by weight watchers is total misconception. Deep frying actually uses very little oil compared to shallow fried or pan fried stuff. When BATATAVADA are fried in hot oil , the water in the food turns to steam which restricts the oil from sticking to the food . Therefore deep fried BATATAVADAs are much better than pan fried.

CUTLETS which absorb more oil during cooking.

Also frozen foods which are air fried are virtually store house of transfats and unhealthy calories.

    6) A piping hot BATATAVADA eliminates any fear of bacterial contamination. Also, it contains just about 210 - 220 calories.

    7) A batata vada is the healthiest, yummiest and
    cheapest Street food available.

So one would prefer to go ahead and give ’Make in India'
    BATATAVADA
A place of honour..any day healthywise it is better than BURGERS HOTDOG PIZZAS
