Want to take Laptop from USA to India, how to plug it in

I bought my laptop in India and took it to US. There is no need of any transformer. Please check the laptop charger voltage rating.. if it says it will work from 110V to 240V, there should be no problem in using it in india... All you need is an pin adaptor, so that the laptop charget fits in the Indian sockets.. This is very easy to get.. You will get this in any electrical shop in India... I got mine from a small local shop, just by telling that I got my laptop in US and need a pin adaptor for it..

Just ensure that your laptop's power adapter says input:100-240V, 50/60 Hz.
