    Is there any websites where we can work voluntarily as software testers and gain experience.

    I am not aware of any websites... but I can tell you that you need to find through your network... it is the best way...if you know someone who is working any software company .. you can prepare and forward your resume and request them to allow you to work for free for a few months.... that is a way to understand whether you will like this work in future or not... you will understand American work culture to some extent... it is certainly helpful...
