    how do we check the voicemail ........in it..
    what is the number we need to dail..

    U can do it in 2 ways

    1. If u have internet u can log onto Vonage.com and then u can see all the call history as wellas the voice messages there.

    2. If u have configured for voice messages in your phone then u should have received it and that changes from phone to phone.

    Setting Up Voice mail

    1. Dial *123
    2. Enter your temporary PIN (sent with your Vonage welcome email)
    3. Enter a new PIN (4 to 15 digits)
    4. Enter the PIN again to confirm
    5. Press # to accept or * to reenter
    6. Record your name
    7. Press # to accept or * to rerecord
    8. Record your greeting
    9. Press # to accept or * to rerecord

    To access your voicemail messages by phone:

    To access your messages from your Vonage phone, dial *123 and enter your PIN. From any other phone, call your 10-digit Vonage phone number, press *, and enter your PIN. Press 1 to listen to new messages, 2 to listen to saved messages, or 3 to listen to deleted messages, which are stored in your inbox for 24 hours after deletion.

    To access your messages from your Vonage Online Account:

    1. Log on to your Vonage Online Account
    2. Click on the "Voicemail" link
    3. On the "Current Phone Number" drop-down list, select the line you want to check messages for
    For new and saved messages:
    4. On the "Folder" drop-down list, select "Online Account Inbox"
    5. To listen to new messages, click on the "New" icon and in the "File Download" box, click on "Open" to open the .wav file or on "Save" to save it to your PC. To listen to saved messages, click on the "Listen" link of the message you want to hear. To save it to your PC, right-click on the "Listen" link and then select "Save target as"
    For deleted messages:
    4. On the "Folder" drop-down list, select "Online Account Trash"
    5. Click on the "Listen" link of the message you want to hear. To save it to your PC, right-click on the "Listen" link and then select "Save target as"

    To activate voicemail email notification:

    1. Log on to your Vonage Online Account
    2. Click on the "Voicemail" link
    3. In "Voicemail Settings," select the line you want to receive email or text message notifications for
    4. Click on the "Voicemail Email Notification" link
    To receive your voicemail messages as text and an audio file:
    5. Click on the "Enable Vonage Visual Voicemail transcription service and audio file (.wav) attachment" button
    6. Enter up to 5 email addresses and 5 cell phone numbers you want to receive notification on
    7. Click on the "Save" button
    To receive just the audio file:
    5. Click on the "Enable Voicemail Attachments" button
    6. Enter up to 5 email addresses you want to receive notification on
    7. Click on the "Save" button
    To receive basic notification with the date and time of the call and the caller's phone number:
    5. Click on the "Enable Voicemail Email Notification" button
    6. Click on the "Save" button
    To turn off notification:
    5. Click on the "Disable Notification" button
    6. Click on the "Save" button
    To manage your personal voicemail greeting:
    1. Dial *123 from your Vonage phone
    2. Press 9 for Setup Options
    3. Press 1 for Mailbox Setup and Greetings
    To record your personal voicemail greeting:
    4. Press 2 for Normal and Extended Absence Greetings
    5. Press 2 to Record Your Greeting
    6. Record your greeting
    7. Press # to accept, 1 to replay, 2 to rerecord, 3 to mark as an Extended Absence Greeting, * to cancel, or 0 for help
    To delete your personal voicemail greeting:
    4. Press 4 for Delete Greetings
    5. Press 1 to delete your Normal Greeting or 2 to delete your Extended Absence Greeting
    To schedule your greeting for the rest of the day:
    4. Press 3 for Scheduled Personal Greetings
    5. Press 2 for Record Greetings
    6. Press 2 for your second greeting or 3 for your third greeting
    7. Record your greeting
    8. Press # to accept or * to rerecord
    9. Press 3 for Greetings Override
    10. Press 1 to schedule your greeting for the rest of the day
    To schedule your greeting for certain days of the week or a specific day of the year:
    4. Press 3 for Scheduled Personal Greetings
    5. Press 2 for Record Greetings
    6. Press 2 for your second greeting or 3 for your third greeting
    7. Record your greeting
    8. Press # to accept or * to rerecord
    9. Press 3 for Greetings Override
    10. Press 1 to schedule your greeting for the rest of the day
    To delete your voicemail greetings schedule:
    4. Press 3 for Scheduled Personal Greetings
    5. Press 5 for Modify Greetings Schedule
    6. Press 5 to cancel
