    Can u please tell me how to make vizhampazham pachadi? My husband loves it.This mnth is our 10th wedding anniversary.I want to surprise my husband.

    Ingredients

    Banana - 1
    Green chilli - 1
    Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
    Turmeric powder - a pinch
    Fenugreek powder - a pinch
    Coconut ( grated ) - 1/2 cup
    Cumin - a pinch
    Small onion - 1
    Sugar - 1 tsp
    Mustard - 1/4 tsp
    Curd - 2 cups
    Red chilli - 2
    Curry leaves - a few

    Method

    1. Grind coconut, cumin, onion, a little water to a paste.
    2. Cut banana into pieces and slit green chilli.
    3. Boil banana in a pan with water, green chilli, chilli powder, turmeric powder and fenugreek powder.
    4. Add ground paste and when the contents mix well, remove the pan from the stove.
    5. When the contents are cool, add curd and mix well.
    6. Heat oil in a small frying pan.
    7. Add mustard, red chilli, curry leaves.
    8. When mustard splutters, add to the contents.
