Visiting for Gynae check-up- Help

Dear ILS,

I am going to see a gynea for a physical check-up before planning for a baby. This will be my first gynae visit.

Please help me with the questions that I should ask? I have few questions in my mind that are listed below-

Q1) About the Prenatal vitamins for me and my husband?
Q2) About the best days to try for conception?
Q3) Foods to avoid? Foods to add in the diet?
Q4) Daily diet and exercises to avoid?

Please let me know of any questions that you think I must ask?

I would recommend asking her to do the bloodwork for both of you and the scan to be sure that fundamentally its a clear case to get going. worst is getting into this without knowing if any issues and then getting frusto
