Hi, Bhaji is very easy: Pressure cook 3-4 potatoes and 1/2 cauliflower. Finely chop one onion and 2 tomatoes. Heat oil. Add onion and fry. Add garlic paste (2 tsps). Add the chopped tomatoes and fry till the tomatoes are soft. At this stage you can also add chopped bell pepper but I don't as my hubby doesn't like it. Then add 2-3 spoons pav bhaji masala (i use Everest) and 1-2 tsp chilli powder and salt to taste. Mash the boiled potatoes and cauliflower and add. Add thawed frozen peas as well. (if you plan to use fresh peas, you can pressure cook with the potatoes). Mix well and cook. Add 2 tsp fresh butter and garnish with chopped cilantro. the bhaji is ready. You can butter the pav and place in the oven at 450 deg F for 10 minutes for a crisp brown look. Do try and let me know how it turned out.

Dear Gowri, coconut rice is my favourite, you know...looks tempting... What are your tips to make it less caloried?
Dear Oviya, I tempered the rice with mustard/ginger/groundnut/bengal gram with curry leaves and ofcourse added Coconut to it with a spoon of oil. That's it ...dear !!
