    Ingredients Quantities

    Onions 8 small sized
    Zucchini 4
    Red <st1:city w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Bell</st1:place></st1:city> Pepper 1
    Yellow Bell Pepper 1
    Green Capsicum 1
    Mushrooms (button),fresh 8 nos
    Carrot 1 medium
    Pineapple 4 slices

    For Marinade

    Oregano 1/2 tsp optional
    Parsley 1/2 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Lemon Juice 4 tbsps
    Olive Oil 4 tbsps
    Pepper Powder 2 tsps

    Method of preparation

    1. Cut all the vegetables in large chunks.
    2. Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients.
    3. Marinate the vegetables in this mixture for at least ½ hour.
    4. Skewer them and cook over the grill till nicely browned.
