    UPSC has told so. Prelim changes for 2011 and from next(2012) year, mains changes too. And since prelim change was radical, then 2012 mains will also meet such changes.
    PS: This is entirely my opinion.

    as per the performance of candidates in 2011 CSAT UPSC will make changes in the mains. But there is 50 50 chance...
