Unloving Partner

I have tried to say it sometimes to him, but I really get pissed off if he doesn’t want to understand even after expressing or behaves as not much bothered. That makes me even more unhappy. That’s why I try to avoid and not take most of the things seriously and concentrate on myself ( This is helping some extent and he is becoming little better) but sometimes when rarely anything puts me off, I will be flooded with these negative thoughts as I explained in the earlier post.
