    Hey Priya,

Howz life and howz work?? Long time...
I know how it feels to feel pregnant all the time...I feel like that only in the last 2 weeks of my cycle...I do use OPK's to detect ovulation and so I know when I would have ovulated.
But people say the mantra is 'Eat as if you are pregnant and excercise as if you are not even TTC'. I flicked it from some other thread on this forum but found it inspiring :hide:
I dont do any great exercises. Just 30 mins of treadmill and make sure I eat the right stuff. Keep following Shivachowbey's blog on IL...she is a true inspiration when it comes to losing weight. But in my case Metformin has juz triggered off weight loss. Now itz in my hands to keep continuing it until I reach my goal.

    Ruchi

Frustration will take you no where. Dont worry. you are not alone and there are lot of us sailing in the same boat. Even I have been married for more than 4 years and still in ttc. I have had 2 failed IUIs so far. We need lot of mental strength and energy for this tedious journey and it takes a toll on our health and emotions. So first, stop feeling dejected and frustrated.

Did you get all your tests done (blood work, ultrasound, HSG etc)?

How about your husband's semen analysis?

Did the doctor suggest any treatment options?

When did you last visit your doctor? If it was a few years back, may be it is time for a new visit?

    Are your periods regular?

Have you used an OPK and timed your IC?

Be patient and keep failth in God. Everything will turn our right in the end.Dont lost hope and all the best.

    baby dust to you..

I would also suggest same like VLR.
Frustration will take you no where. Dont stress yourself because that will affect your TTC process.

when was your last tests done? is all results looks good? how long you have been trying? if your trying naturally for more than 1 yr then probably its a time to opt for more advanced treatment.

Consult good reproductive specialist in your area. Discuss your results with him/her and choose future treatment.

Dont worry. There are few things which destiny alone can decide, still it is our responsibility to march positively to face the happenings. As our friends said list down those points and answer it out.Check what is lagging from your side, meaning check if you have frequent consultation with a gynec and so on.

How good is your BMI and your hubby's?

Dont panic first of all.God will not leave his kids dissatisfied all the way.He knows when to feed us and what to feed us.

My sincere prayers and wishes for you.Stay positive and keep us updated.:cheers

    Dear friend,

Please don't make this frustration ruin your happiness.TTC can be best achieved through a non stress environment.Remember, being happy is the least expensive way to achieve pregnancy.

    medical test before pre-pregnancy?

    Hi all,

I would like to know what medical tests are necessary to be done before planning to conceive for a baby. I have a minor thalassemia trait and i guess i may be anemic. Likewise in order to avoid any health problems for the baby can anyone suggest what do we need to check with the doctor. Is it alright to visit the gynace or do we need to visit a GP..for this.
