Re: Help me please regarding travel during pregnancy

    Dear,

Please join the respective due date clubs and post your questions there .You will get better response.[IMG]

For this question - if it is too bumpy it is better to avoid bus and go by some other means of transport or car.But if you are sitting there shld not be much a problem as you can support your stomach with your hands and hold yourself firm........

    Hi RPAngel,

I think its because its tender month like 3rd - you had so much trouble during journey. I travelled to Canada when I was 6 1/2 months pregnant. Had no problem suring journey.Of course I never had any nausea or vomitings throughout pregnancy.

But I suggest you see a Doctor when leaving US and take their suggestions. Or you can call your gyn in India and take professional advice.

If you can, take some food with you. You will be hungry all time. And take small walks.

    cheers,
    Anita

6th month should be easier than 3rd month for travel. Just make sure and get an aisle seat and take frequent walks and keep yourself hydrated by drinking liquids often. you will be fine.

    Drink lots of water,
Keep moving after few hours to avoid cramps,
Take as much sleep as u can.
Dont worry I travelled @ 32 weeks for 4 hrs in flight.
If possible U can ask for wheelchair assistance if u need to change flights .Then u need not rush. They will help u to board & move ur bags.
