Travelling to India on H4 ....need help

    Dear IL,
    I came to the US on F2 , my spouse has changed to H1 and I am on H4, since we had this change of status in US we have the H4 approval and I am planning to visit India, can I go to the Chennai consulate for H4 stamping without my husband ?

    HI Juliana,

    You can get the H4 stamping as long as you have all the valid papers like your DH H1 papers, marriage certificate and so on...
