Travelling from Las Vegas to Las angeles

Hi

We are planning to go to Las Angels from Vegas in car. And we are 3 families (3 couples & 1 toddler) & have planned to take a mini-van for rent (Dodge caravan / Town & Country or similar). We expect each family will bring one large suitcase. So we have 3 large suitcase and 1 stroller for my toddler (not an umbrella stroller).

Now I wanted to know if the above said car will fit all the above criteries (like - 7 members, 3 large suitcases, 1 stroller)

or which vehicle will suit/meet our requirements?
