    Dear All,

    Everyday we see people violating traffic rules. One such incident provoked me to write this one. Dont know if it is a kavithai or just a poetical stetements. It all depends on how we see it.!

    In Adyar, Chennai there used to be a traffic message as follows:

    "Better late than being called late"

    I am not sure whether it is still there are not.
