Top 5 sites for content writers to find work from home

I have tried as you mentioned. But some of the sites shows some form to fill.
I also filled the form and then payment details form appears.
They are charging 20 $ as first time charges.
What to do?

I saw your post on the top five site for work from home writing jobs. Thanks for it. I have infact tried a couple of it. I have good experience in curriculum development and tech writing and when I moved to the US , I was browsing for such jobs. As you had mentioned, one problem people underquote a lot in site like "Get a Freelancer" and it ends up like getting just half a dollar for an article.

Are you in the US or in India. I'm also little concerned about payment. Most of them say paypal, since H4 ppl cannot hold account, I was wondering if we can get a payment here. Can we ask for payment in Indian acct?

Can you provide details on this?

I tried elance work from home jobs, but i am not able to take the test that is requested while filing our profile. Actually, the dialogue box is inactive and when i try to bid, it is asking to complete the test and verify the phone number first. Please clarify my doubt. I do not know where I am going wrong.
