Toddler boots doubt

    We recently relocated to Philadelphia. I have a doubt regarding buying boots for my toddler son. Should we buy snow boots and rain boots for kids? How much use the snow boots has? Or rain boots with some boot liner is enough for winter? Or do we need both? I am sending him to preschool from November onwards.. Pls advice..

    If you have to take him by walking to school, then he might need rain boots/snow one...otherwise no need for both..Sneakers is more than enough...
