tips needed for rejuvenating

    Guys please suggest me some means, preferably nature way to rejuvenate my skin & hair.

    Today I met an old friend & she was like what's wrong with you? what happened to your skin, you look so dull.

    I was like :hide:

    Dunno actually my skin has become very pale & dull & hair has become rough & dry.

    I am a working mom of 3 yr boy & both office & home work is quite stressful.

    Probably thats the reason....but now its high time I wanna do something & look & feel fresh.

    Hello all even im sailing in the same boat.. I recently kept thinking if I could really go to a spa get a complete ayurvedic massage and get relaxed and relieved. But I'm worried is there a genuine place where privacy and professional standards are maintained. I don't want to get entangled in a wrong place. Any pointers please in Chennai.

    paleness of skin could be due to insufficient nutrition or vitamin deficiency. Include lots of greens and raw vegetables in your diet. Greens or vegetables should be parboiled and taken. Have fruits and drink plenty of water. Take oil bath once in a week.

    for hair, apply oil daily and comb at morning as well as in the evening. Wash your hair with a mild daily use shampoo or use 'thaali' - a mix of herbs you get in kotakkal ayurveda pharmacy which will wash away excess oil and give that softness & extra glow to your hair. You get that in powder as well as shampoo form.

    Insufficient water intake also makes your skin & hair look lifeless.

    If you get fresh hibiscus leaf then go for it instead of 'thaali'.

    When you apply oil in scalp and comb your hair for sometime gently, it will spread the oil to the tip of the hair and also increase blood circulation to the scalp.

    You got pale and dull skin due to lack of nutrients and moisturize for your skin. Vitamin C is the most essential elements for glowing and healthy skin. You can use lemon oil that can treat both ways that means it will fulfill the vitamin C deficiency as well as moisturize your skin which leads to healthy and rejuvenated skin.
