Tips for getting Cheeks

Hi i am very happy to post all of my problems here before that i was asking every body to get rid of my problems do not get scare of my problem on one day only i am posting every thing

Hi all,

I have like loose cheeks and i have my body is perfect
but i am looking thin by seeing my face as i have like loose cheeks for 23 yr only and that is the reason i am looking dull in the potos also

cn any bosy give me the sugggestion how to get stuff cheeks plz

Tip for getting cheeks

Hi Srillu,

I have a solution for u, but u should follow regularly. Open ur mouth and take some air, close u mouth, and u move ur cheeks bulged left and right like u clean ur mouth with water. This is very good exercise atleast do for 20 times, 3 times a day. U can see change with in a 10 days.

oh god dddddddddddddddd 3 times per day 20 min

i will hardly try this and i will tellu the the 10th day if i am full cheekssssss

after 10th day if i will stop agian i will loose or do i need to continue?

hi,

Doing pranayam for 15 min will give you best results ...all your face muscles will be tightened and you will be active soon ...you can start seeing results in 2weeks ..only thing is you have to continue doing ...

Better Cheeks

Hi Lavanya,

If u stop, nothing happens, as u going on doing it will improve ur cheeks better by day. Sleep daily 8 hours, and smile every time. Stop thinking while sleeping proper sleep not only helps ur cheeks and also ur face starts glow.

this is chinnu .u drink one glass of milk with any tastes like horlicks or boost or honey any thing but milk is must.milk makes ur cheeks full.ok.thats my experience.ok u can take it at any time.if u take milk at night u can get good sleep.hope u try this.bye :wave

Have Dates!

hi Srilu,

Have 2 to 3 dates everyday. If you eat dates regularly you will put on weight and your cheeks would look plumpy.

chinnu if i have to have milk it does not suit to my body i will get vamiting sensation
