    Dear Friends
This is the season in India for NRI visits ..time to shop for jewellery and accessories and ofcourse those interested in investment options also explore gold and diamond jewellery.

I just read an article based on "diamonds" in the tamil magazine "Kumudam Snegithi" and wanted to share a very useful tip on diamond purchase.

Always insist on the "guarantee card " which bears the acknowledgement from certified gemologists stating that the diamonds are flawless.

Flawless diamonds are represented by alphabets D,E,F,G
those represented by alphabets K-Z have dosham.

If your preference is coloured diamonds pink or green is the right choice.

    Regards
    Honeybee

    Thanx for the info.

Also insist for a bill and keep it safe- in case you have a problem a

bill comes handy in sorting out the issue.

Thanks for info. Examine the diamond's cut, which is crucial to the brilliance of the stone and a major factor in its value. A well-cut diamond reflects and disperses light in beautiful ways, thanks to qualities such as symmetry and depth. Diamonds are graded according to the cut quality, and this grade should carry a great deal of weight in your decision.
