Tips for a slim and trim and a healthy body

    Hi,

    To have a slim and trim as well as a healthy body it is important to eat food products like:

    1) green vegetables
    2) soyabeans
    3)Mushrooms
    4)Fish / chicken

    Drink green tea and lots of water. And of course take a lot of walks in fresh air.

    I have tried all this myself and managed to have a slim yet healthy body . touch wood.

    Good points u mentined:thumbsup..fruits and veggis are very important and min of 30 mins ecercise is also very important for a healthy mind and body
