    Here are the few tips for a healthy heart.Exercise every day,eat healthy food,quit smoking,do health check ups.In diet you should include fibre rich food,vegetable salads,fruits,white meat,green tea,nuts,dry fruits.

    Not only heart care but health care needs great dedication and commitment. Follow a routine in health related activities - morning workouts, low fat food (occasional fast food is OK), Zero smoking, occasional but limited alcohol is good for heart health, eat lots of fruits. Drink water before going to sleep. In winter drink warm water. After 40 years of age you can go for some organic supplement to support your heart and protect it.

    Use coconut oil, cow ghee in making your food. Drink black tea & green tea instead of regular tea. Include dry fruits, granola, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds & quinoa in your diet.
