thyroid during pregnancy

Hello all,
I’m in my 6th week pregnancy now. For the past 2 years I have hypothyroid and im taking medicines for the same.i test my thyroid this year March and tsh levels were normal. I’m continuing the pills now also. But my question is I confirmed my pregnancy soon after 4 weeks , doctor didn’t asked me to test thyroid levels . He simply asked me to continue the pils. I’m very much worried. Anybody know when they will take initial thyroid test?
