Dear IL-ites, We don't buy any personal gadgets/home appliances as such. We do see the products brand, quality, cost effectiveness and look for lot more details about it. Tell us about the three things that come to your mind before buying any products (personal gadgets/home appliances)? Thank you,
Dear Rums, Thank you for your feedback. I'm talking about personal gadgets and home appliances we use at home. Sorry :bonkLet me edit my post.
1. Whether I really need this product 2. Whether it gives the best performance in my budget 3. What all additional features it supports compared to other products of the same category
Hello Vjbunny, Thank you for your FB. I never looked into products technology. :bonkIt's something new to me. Can you explain little about it? Recently only I came to know about 3G technology feature while buying a mobile phone.
Dear Saimom, Thank you for your FB. Hardly I looked about customer service/service center details before buying a product. Only after the product goes repair, I'll contact the customer care. Dear Smitha, Thank you for adding your inputs. Your first point is a very valid statement.

Dear All, Let me tell you the three things before I buy a product. 1. Brand: I feel LG products are good and reliable. Also not all the brand will suit all products. At my home, one can find different brands for different products. Samsung refrigerator, LG air conditioner, Whirpool washing machine, Samsung TV, Morphy Richards iron box, Preethi mixie's... In general, If I'm going to buy an air conditioner, I'll get the FBs with all (those who use it) to know which brand is good and function well in the long run. Gather all sorts of informations related to that product. 2. Budget and product market. 3. Reliable shops to buy the product. So far I haven't analyzed product's technology & service provided by them.
