In this problem, you have to measure full.
The same problem can be done with 8litres, 5 litres and 3 litres aslo.
Very interesting common sense puzzle. No maths knowledge is needed.

In Step 1, you empty 7 litre container and pour it into 19 litre container.& litre will become empty.
In the next step, you take 13 litre container which is full, and go on adding into 19 litre container. Since it has already 7 litres, it will be full ,that is after adding 12 litres and 1 litre will remain in 13l vessel.
You go on transferring until you have 17 litres in 19 litre container and 3 litres in 13 litre container.
At this time 7 litre container is empty. From out of 17 litres you fill the 7 litre container. Now 19 litre container has 10 litres,If you empty the 7 litre container into 13 litre container which already has 3 litres in it, now 13 litre container also will have 10 litres.
    This problem will improve shrewdness.
