    Dear NS,
I have another doubt about Molagutal. You have mentioned that we can add grated carrot,(along with urad dal and red chillies, jira) instead of coconut for grinding? I think,it is a typo error in the recipe.

Chitra, any 'fried &ground' powder is best added towards the end. Only then the flavour is preserved.
    Love,
    Chithra.

Dear Latha, with parboiled rice rava (idli rava), both these are not possible. You can make my recipe pidi kozukkattai with it or idli.
    Love,
    Chithra.

Yes, Chitra, I have corrected it. You can substitute (grated fresh) carrot for coconut.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Chitra Ma'am,

After going through your various smoothy recipes I bought wheat bran. How else can we use wheat bran. Can it be added while making chappathis?

Hi, as far as I enquired, there is no stabiliser for chocolates available in the market localy. I too keep, wrapped, in the fridge. The present Chennai weather adds to the misery!:-(
    Love,
    Chithra.
