    Dear Kerman,
Nice meetng you here, in my own forum!!
If you don't see me in snippets, take it that my once fertile imagination has gone dry :-(
Perhaps something was "genetically" wrong with water melon?? Never heard of a white one!!
    Do try

so, u r saying to use maida completely or 3/4th with maida n 1/4 with wheat flour, right Mrs.C??

And, when made with wheat flour bread yesterday, as u said it is not as soft as maida(but good in taste)..in shops coz of the preservatives they are getting that soft wheat bread, Mrs.Chithra??

Rama, it is not preservatives but
    Bread improver
    Wheat gluten
are added in commercial products to give the right texture. They must bebought only wolesale - that is the problem :-(

Kerman, I guessed as much.\That pale yellow variety is available here too & is very sweet, making the red "pale in comparison, tastewise'!!
To be frank, I am now deeply intersted in plaing games like sudoku, solitaire, etc in my Samsung tablet, that I don't bother to "sit & write"!!
Now you are tempting me, Kerman!!

Brush with oil & use convection + grill.
Flip & repeat, but for less time.

    Dear Maam,

Thank you very much for sharing about the oil drizzler. I find it most useful. Only thing is that after use, the oil drips down from the tip to the sides of the drizzler. Am I doing it wrong or do you face the same problem?

    Love,
    Anu
