    Dear Sri
I remember Einstein saying that about time and how irrelevant it is and how it really does not exist in the sense that we know. like in days, weeks..
So I totally agree with your statements.
However my question is not yet answered. Which was..
"Why are we not in the Atma awareness"..

    Dear C

No wonder, Atma is a wonder, probably the one and only wonder...!

    Dear Sri,

That was an unusual glimpse at the serious side of your writing. It is an interesting perception that time is what sways us from self consciousness at all times. If that is the case, will common folks like us, with scores of timebound duties to do in a day, never to able to realise Atma awareness all the time???

    -Gayathri.

    Dear Vidhi,
    Thankyou.
Yes, we must, I think, thank Atma, because but for it, we will be "jadam" or inanimate.
But to accept it - has to "sink in" very gradually.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear AC,
But for atma, you would not be questioning the same ! Atma is the subject, never the object. It is the atma awareness which makes you question, why we are not in the Atma awareness !
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Gayathri,
    Thankyou.
Our not able to accept atma as a wonder is a greater wonder. We question so much about atma without realising that it is atma which gives us the questioning capacity at all !
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Sri
    On more thought I have come up with these points;
When we agree there is no TIME, we then are conscious of the MOMENT. the NOW. so when we train ourselves to live in the NOW, even then we are more conscious of what our body is doing than being more conscious of the Atma. To me , unless one sits in meditation and spends the NOW, then it is impossible to retain the Atma awareness even in the NOW.

(Hope I am not doing this :hide to you and dearest chith)

    Dear Madhu,
    Thanks.
Yes, when we realise, that anything that is experienced by me is me, it is a wonder !
    My teacher explains it thus:
Every creature in the world picks up small flakes of happiness (ananda), all of which are from the original mountain or the ocean which is you. They have only "chips" of ananda, whereas you are the "potato" !
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Bhargavi,
I am glad that you are enjoying this post & FBs, with all their abstract nature ! It is a Wonder !
To even start the process of Self-Enquiry is a big thing. Grace of God is definitely required. Otherwise, we will not start. Just as it requires a lot of horsepower to send water up a hill, so too, for a person who has been following the beaten track to question, whether he or she is a samsari requires a lot of horese power - that is God's Grace ! Ultimately if the person discovers the truth, it is a Wonder !
    Love,
    Chith.
