    Hi Shiva,
I am a regular follower of ur recipes and simply love this goody bag. I just wanted to ask you if I can grab a handful or two of fruit and nut muesli in its place as it has all the necessary nutrients as well.

    Dear Bhaghi,

    Thanks for liking the recipes.

Go ahead and add fruit and nut museli in this bag. I always try to mix and match, this varies the taste and help me to snack healthier.

    Lots of love

    Shiva

    Hi Shiva,

Excellent idea, but just one doubt, isnt puffed rice as good as rice.. I know its probably better than a burger but would it be good to have it as a snack every evening?
    Thank you.

    Dear EverHappy,

Thanks for liking the idea. Puff rice has lower calorie content than normal rice and yes its probably better than the burger :). I have a katori of puffed rice regularly, it makes a good tea time snack. Portion control is also important. So as long as you are not going over board with portion size, it makes a perfect snack.

    regards

    Shiva

    Dear RamyaSridhar,

Thanks for liking the recipe. We get roasted peas here in middle east, if you don't get them there then leave it out. By chana I mean goda wala channa.

    Hope this helps.

    Love

    Shiva
