Dear IL'ites, Greetings! It is time to say our yearly thanks! One of the reasons we all enjoy Indusladies so much is because it is a friendly and helpful community for Indian women around the world. There is a group of people who work behind the scenes everyday to make this a reality. They are our Moderators & Local Champions. Moderators are volunteers and they spend countless hours reading, responding and moderating their sub-forum. In addition, we ask their help in a myriad of initiatives that we take in growing the site. I am always grateful for the enthusiasm, energy and time they put into this role but always don't have the opportunity to say that often. Around the March/April timeframe (owing to IndusLadies Anniversary on March 29th), we express our appreciation and gratitude for their service through a simple gift.
