Yes,CW. Even I have noted it. Another sentiment of Radhika- All her serials -from Chitthi onwards, start outside Chennai and then the story shifts base to Chennai.
hey gals, u missed the very old and strong TRAIN SENTIMENT, a film with climax in railwaystation or train is sure to be a hit. Some 10 years back if Meena dies in a flick then the film celebrates silver jubilee, recent days the choreographer seen in hero intro songs, heroine's rain song, these are kollywood's strong beliefs.
How about Director Perarasu sentiments.. how can you forget that . His movie name are always city names. Thirupachi, pazhani, etc.. Rajini has a snake sentiment in his movies starting from Thambikku endha ooru movie. It continues in all movies even in padayappa it was the 1st scene. excpt for sivaji.. dont know why.
I know 2 things which i am not sure whether it is a sentiment but in kollywood,it is not auspicious * Recently many films in tamil were taken with Madurai slang or with the name madurai as there was a belief that it the film will be a hit..this was after the hit of Kadhal *also, films shot in Kolkatta would be a flop..Majnu,JayJay,recently Aadavan Wat a belief????!!!!!!!!
what a coincidence..have thought about this @ times.. include heyram too between is pokkisham a hit or flop ??
hey thanks sinduja,i was thinking of mentioning these two also in the list but forgot... thanks for reminding and i guess pokkisham is a flop soo we can expect in SunTV "indiya tolaikashigalil mudhal murayaage"
Hi Shakambari What An interesting Topic!!!. We can point out sooooo.... many ridiculous sentiments!! Just finish reading common sentiments in kollywood movies??!!!! Thanks for starting a trivial topic??!!?? Hi Ranchu Apart from keeping names of aplace in one of the scenes Perarasu used to shout some punching dialouge!! In the forth coming "ENDHIRAN" movie could you expect a Snake Robot coming??!!.... Regards. chitra
manirathinam's rain song sentiment.from pagal nilavu to the recent movie raavanan.am i right? geetha.
Oh ya geetha..thanks for reminding it..sure he never misses it..and that song turns out to be a smashing hit :thumbsup
