Thanks @AppuMom, Vit D deficiency is the culprit in most of the cases. We have started for my daughter. I hope it works for her.

Thanks @gamma50g. She was on iron tablets last year. It worked for her then but since she has started showing similar symptoms again now, the Doc has advised consumption of 2-3 dates per day.

Thanks @radar30062, for your reply as well as your prayers. Thanks for bringing in a fresh perspective. I was already advised punarnawa decoction (ayurveda).I will explore homeopathy as well.

Thanks, @Thyagarajan sir, for your reply.

Could you please tell me what black gram உளுந்து களி is? I presume you have written in Tamil. I don't know Tamil. I am interested in knowing about the power food for girls you have mentioned though. Please let me know.

how much does she exercise. if nothing. you make a routine to do with her. start slow. my dd had similar issues . vit d with regular exercise helped a lot. i am sure you have checked for anemic symptions also with blood work.

she is entering high school . if in usa , depending upon city and state, high school is brutal.

Give her fruits and vegetables smoothie first thing in morning or any time of day. I make every night and keep in fridge. My teenage daughter take it in morning. I mix frozen wild blueberries with fresh power green mix washed and banana and coconut water. I grind it at night because kids like cold sweet smoothie. If you are in India you can make with fresh greens like spinach, moringa leaves and banana, mango, grapes, pineapple etc. Make sure she get fresh fruits and vegetables every day. Make sure her stomach is getting clean every day. No electronics at night. During day also minimum electronics. If she goes to sleep by 9.30 she will wakeup by 6.30 fresh. Good life style includes good diet, exercise, sleep, good timetable, drinking enough water etc.

    Thanks @lavani for your reply.
Yes, regular exercise helps. we go for walks along the seashore several times a week now. She feels happy after that. Moreover, it serves as our bonding time. :)
