    so nice of you to give good informations to all in IL.
    The guest lecturers in my yoga classes will always say
    NO HURRY, NO WORRY, NO CURRY, WILL KEEP YOU ALL AWAY FROM HEART ATTACKS. But how many of us follow this rule for our hearts in our daily routine.
