TCS employee please help

    My Close friend transfer from Indian Hotels ( Taj Hotels & Resorts) to TCS and they offer him Assistant Consultant, he has 15 yrs of hotel IT industry experience.
    Please advice
    1. Long Term service award in TCS.
    2. In TCS it is BAND Based salary hike.
    3. promotion cycle ( 3 yrs or more)
    4. TCS offer him 7.5 Lac, AST GRADE ( Lesssss?)

    Should he take transfer or continue with Hotel IT line.
