Tasty Naan After Kulcha , butter naan is my favourite ! Was skeptical to try Naan at home! But to my surprise it turned out really yummy ! Normally it’s made out of maida , but wanted it to be little healthy so this is a mixture of wheat and maida! But taste wise healthy ! Ingredients Wheat flour - 2 cups Maida - 3/4 - 1 cup Curd - 3 tbsp Milk - 2 tsp Baking powder - 2 tsp Baking soda - 1/4 tsp Oil Water Salt Butter Nigella seeds or Sesame seeds Method Mix all the dry items together . Now add curd and milk to the flour mix. Mix the dough with hot water! (Hot water makes the bread softer !) Knead it for about 5 min and cover it with damp cloth and keep aside for 10 min. Now pour some oil to the dough and knead well. Cover it with damp cloth and keep aside for 2 hours. Prepare the balls from the dough and roll it thicker than chapati or roti , now sprinkle some nigella or sesame seeds on top of it and fry on both the sides without oil. Now apply butter on both the sides and serve it with your favourite curry !
