    Hi friends,
    I visited walamrt yesterday and found sunscreen lotion mentioned by u all.My hubby insisted on buying Aveeno products for both of us and my son.I told him abt coppertone.He wanted to go with Aveeno.so i gave in.Let me try and tell u abt this.

    I suggest you Aveevo Sunscreen
    This Sunscreen Lotion is very good and effective...moreover it is very much suitable for Indian Skin type also...

    Good Sunscreen lotion

    Hi all,
    We are going to florida for this longweekend holidays & planning to spend most of the time in beaches.
    Can you ladies please suggest good sun screen lotion which can withstand florida heat & protect us from
    UV rays.

    For your face a really good product is the sheer zinc that comes in a jar. It is very effective and doesn't break you out. For body be sure to get a waterproof one.

    Thanks for the valuable suggestion...I got coppertone (for babies) lotion of SPF 50 for body.

    Can u tell me where i can find sheer zinc?

    I just googled and there are all sorts of expensive zinc sunscreens but I have purchased a very reasonable one at Walmart in the past and I just saw it at Price Chopper. It is a plastic jar with a white bottom and a dark yellow cap. Sorry, can't remember the brand name.

    Its Clear Zinc which contains Zinc oxide supposedly a very useful ingredient to prevent UVA and UVB rays

    Hi All

    Am using Aveeno and it is pretty good. It is not sticky and is suitable for all skin types. I suggest that you look for SPF 30 or higher.

    In addition to avoiding sunburns and patches, it is also believed that sunscreen lotions protect us from skin cancer. Though we ( Indians ) have better immunity & resistance than the others, it is good to be on the safer side and avail the preventive measures.
