sunscreen during indoors

To all the lovely IL 's out there.do apply your sunscreen during indoor stay and also when the weather is not sunny..Some of us might think it would be unnecessary to apply sunscreen at such times and feel that just a simple moisturiser would suffice. That isn't true.UV rays hitting the earth might reflect through window panes and open doors and the indoor lighting will also emit uv rays.so always have a sunscreen applied..This is something very important will all tend to overlook

 

I am using ranbaxys suncros aquagel with spf26 and I feel good about it.non greasy and absorbs quick. ..

Resting your chin on palms?... Sleeping on your face for a long time?.... we do this to ourselves daily voluntarily or involuntarily. .too much meddling with skin this way can cause wrinkles appear sooner than they are suppose to...lil changes make big difference..
