rima, Tech Mahendra is a good company without any doubt. But its individual's choice about which company to join. Its not only high package but Your friend has to think about few things - 1. Clients and Current Projects it is handling 2. If she is interested in Onsite, which is best? 3. Benefits & takehome 4. Job security incase of recision 5. Technology and training 6. Role that company offered Just checkout on this and choose the best.
Priya_mommy has given you good pointers. Make sure those points are checked. It is hard to tell,which company is better as compared to the other. I have heard of Tech mahindra. Couple of my friends used to work there. They had told that the learning experience there is verg good. We ge to learn the telecom domain to a good detail. Also, they had mentioned that there some projects tend to be very very hectic and some projects even work US hours(their major client is AT&T). I just wanted to add whatever I know. But,I do not have an answer to which is better.
