Sumangali Prarthanai - Tanjore style

    Dear Chennai Mothers,

    I searched web for details about Pondugal - Tanjore style. Thro this indusladies.com I found full details. Still I have certain doubts. Elder ladies
    who are well known please clarify me the following.

    1. Including Swami Elai the total numbers will be even say 8 or 10. which
    include one 'Kanya Pen' - Is it correct.

    2. Opposite to Swami Elai the other Pondugal Elai has to be spread serially in one line. or by the two sides of swami elai two elai has to be spread and the rest opposite - I am right.

    3. Who has to eat finally in Swami Elai. If I am performing the Pondugal is it my daughter or daughter-in=law. Also the Kalam Saree belong to the lady who eat in swami Elai or the Kalam saree belong to my daughter.

    Please clarify
