Suggestions for constipation please.

    Can anyone suggest me a home-made remedy for constipation.I am working and I feel very uneasy as I pass my stools for every 4-5 days.i don't even feel hungry.

    1. have a banana/apple/papaya any one (very good for constipation) with a glass of milk in the night.
    2. mix a table spoon of honey/dates syrup with milk and drink at night.
    3.can also try eating kismish,dates before going to bed.

    4.drink atleast 8 glasses of water in a day.
    5.after u get up in the morning,drink a glass of warm water.
    6. don't drink tea/coffee in the night.
    7.if possible ,do pranayaam in the morning.
    follow any of these and you will get rid of your problem soon.

    I overcame constipation problem by eating dabur triphalachuran tablets. This is natural remedy to regulate your digestive system and this churan acts as laxative.

    Just giving you a few basic things to do/keep in mind:

    1. Do not skip any meal. This is an advice from my brother, a doctor. By skipping BF/Lunch/Dinner, we end up in constipation.
    2. Drink lots and lots of water.
    3. Solve the problem of constipation before it ends up in piles. I have experienced piles and it is an end result of constipation.

    hi,you can take some lactobacillus caps say of a higher stregth like one to ten million units.bcos it helps to balance the normal healthy flora you need for digestion,elimination etc. avoid stress take high fibre rich foods.drink warm water throughout the day.there is a capsule called ayulax.take 2 or 3 caps at bgedtime temporarily to solve your problem. taking a lactobacillus cap daily will work wonders to your digestion.

    Hello

    You should go to the doctor to check if you have Lactose Intolerance.
    You can try it out reducing the dairy intake till the problems are solved.
    Eat foods that are rich in fibre.
    Exercise regularly. drink plenty of water.

    Drink a glass of prune juice everyday, you will feel the difference immediately. It is super effective.
