Hello IL's Anyone has any idea on the plots by anand & venkatesh groups evergreen enclave. They have launched Phase 4 last week.. and charges 2k per sqft.. They say all their plots on phase 1/2/3 got appreciated within 1 year upto 700 to 800 Rs. is that true? Is this a trust worthy promoter ? Is this price is worth buying in these area? Please through some light on this friends...
