SUGAR FREE DIWALI SWEET....... 2 slices bread, 1 tsp. butter, 500 ml milk, 2 tblsps. sugar free, 5 Almond, 5 Pistas, 5 Kajus, 5 Walnut halves. 2 pieces of dried cherries or black currants. Apply 1 tsp. butter to both sides of 2 slices of bread and toast it crisp on slow fire or micro-wave for 4 minutes and put 1 tblsp. of sugar free on the top. Boil milk till it reaches to 1/3 amount and becomes thick put in sugar free 1 tblsp. Mix in the nuts keeping few for decoration. Chop nuts. Half the dried cherries or black currants for decoration. Assembling. Make into halves in a plate and put on top the thick milk. Leave it for 20 minutes till all the milk is absorbed then put on top of each halve a cherry half and few flakes of dry fruit and serve. HAPPY DIWALI TO YOU ALL.
