Stress Relieving Facial/massage

Hi all..
I found one tip to get relief from stress & I want to share with u all
Most of u all must be knowing this.. actually this is the part of Facial process. I found this when my frnd was doing facial for me. I felt very fresh & cool.
How to do:
1.Wash ur face nicely with soap ,wash with cold water .& wipe with soft towel.
2.Apply (10 grams of ) any good moisturiser or any good clod cream on ur face.
Apply nicely
3.take icy cold water in a bowl.
4.wet ur 4fingers by touching the icy cold water & massage on face.
again touch cold water & massage . Do like tis for 20 mins
Later wipe ur face with soft cotton ball.& put 2 slices of cucumbers on ur eyes.
Keep it like that for some time. later u can wash ur face .
U will get good sleep & u feel ur eyes & mind r very cool & fresh.

Directions to Massage:
1.from center to sides on forehead.
2.clock wise direction on Cheeks & eye sides.
3.upward direction on 2sides of nose.
4.center to sides on Chin & upper lip.

Both Men & women can try this.

And one more thing dear ladies ..
U can do this for ur Husbands. Believe me they will get good relief from stressful eyes& mind.& they feel fresh.
Especially this will helps people who works long time on Computers.
