    Pressure building up in the mind is not released as stress. That pressure is stress. The stress of the past is easier to get rid of than that of the impending future. And to "watch stress, we need detachment from ourselves and that is easier said than done. And 100% stress-free life is not good for us either. We need the adrenalin rush now and then that stress provides

    Thank you Balajee for your response. I would call the one we experience about the past as stress and one we experience about the future as anxiety. Well said about detachment. Mostly, the attachment is the cause for how we experience our lives. In some cases, stress can motivate a person as the challenges in life shows the best of some individuals.
