Hello mothers, I have Amazon prime, Netflix ,Disney + & hotstar. Spotify too. I'm seeing the content overload, and since summer my child is watching 1- 1.30 hrs daily. During normal times my kid will watch only 30 min or an episode, because other outdoors school activities kept busy. Now since the school year started I'm thinking I should have max 2 streaming subscriptions Than so many. Though I keep a check on screen time management. I'm afraid for eye strain. 1) Is watching too much Disney cartoons hamper mental health? 2) is 1-1.30 hrs much time for screen, (will be back to 30 min tv once school starts)? 3)Since mostly school will be virtual schooling. How to manage eye strain? 4) how many streaming subscriptions you all have/ allow? Can you put throw some light to my confusion? I pray for this COVID-19 situation to get over soon.
